Alia plays a Tamil girl Ananya Swaminathan in the film while Arjun is a Punjabi boy Krishh Malhotra in the film. "Ananya Swaminathan, the love of my life, as in Krissh's life, after the film she will be the love of everybody's life because that is the kind of character she has. She is very lovable. She is like a patakha of the college and yet innocent," said Arjun
